Section bc shows that the powder layer in the fluidized bed expands, its height (I) increases with the increase of gas velocity, but the pressure in the bed (△P) does not increase, and the flow rate changes within a certain range without affecting the unit power required by the flow body, which is the characteristic of the fluidized bed, and it is the use of this characteristic to carry out the coating process. The uniformity of powder fluidization state in fluidized bed is the key to ensure the uniformity of coating film. The fluidized bed used in powder coating belongs to "vertical fluidization", and the fluidization number must be found out by test, generally to be able to coat, and the suspension rate of the powder in the fluidized bed can reach 30 ~ 50%.


Railway isolation grid, municipal isolation grid and bilateral isolation grid are all deoiled and preheated to the melting point of powder coating.
