Stainless steel filter mesh

Stainless steel filter mesh is divided according to the process: 1. Multi layer spot welded filter mesh. 2. Multi layer edge wrapped filter mesh.

Divided into circular, rectangular, waist shaped, elliptical, etc. according to their appearance. Multilayer mesh has two layers and three layers.

Filter mesh diameter: 5 millimeters to 600 millimeters.

Performance: It has acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, wear resistance and other properties

Usage: Used in industries such as mining, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, and machinery manufacturing. The metal wire mesh group with different mesh sizes supported by the sieve plate in front of the extruder is used to filter the molten material flow and increase the flow resistance, thereby filtering out mechanical impurities and improving the mixing or plasticizing effect. 

The filter screen is divided into textile fiber filter screen and hardware, etc. The machine that installs the filter screen becomes a filter, used to filter natural water and food.
